Token Showcase - Punknaught & MegaHauler

The Chase Pack comes with two long double sided maps and three sheets of punch-out tokens featuring loads of vehicles.


In this update we're going to take a look at the largest tokens in the Chase Pack.


The Punknnaught & MegaHauler

The Punknaught is a jury rigged street tank as featured in the Cyberpunk RED DLC The Dreaded Punknaught.



The flip side of the Punknaught is a MegaHauler cab, shown along with a set of trailers and connectors.



So this massive super truck can be setup with all three trailers, using the connectors by placing the trailer tokens on top. This means you can setup scenes with the trailers articulated too.



One of the badlands maps in the Chase Pack takes advantage of the fact the MegaHauler can also work as a more traditional train. This map features an old set of railway tracks in the badlands with a dirt track running alongside, a hardtop road crossing sits in the middle of the map.


We'll make sure this map can be laid across the other badlands map so you can race towards the crossing as the train approaches...

Map Showcase - Pacific Motors

In this update we'd like to showcase one of the big fold-out map designs that you get as part of the Night City Map Box.

Pacific Motors

Situated on the outskirts of Night City, this once successful garage and auto sales business, is now a base of operations for a gang or an outpost for a nomad family.



With five different buildings to separate objectives and plenty of line-of-sight blocking cover, this map is suited to a stealthy or all guns blazing approach. With a chain-link fence, strategically placed wrecks and the ditch acting as a moat for this urban stronghold. 

A Look at Some Details

This is a big map and the size of picture we can fit in an update doesn't show off the detail too well, so let's take a closer look at some parts of the map!

Netrunner Den: One of the two garage buildings has an area setup for the gang netrunner to hone their skills.



Guard Post: The old kiosk near the car park entrance now serves as a sentry post.



Battle Damage: This well located compound has changed hands a few times already, and often violently. There are craters and battle damage to be found here.



Makeshift Walls: A collection of old wrecks have been carefully placed across the compound to provide defensive positions and even stacked to create a wall to deny access in places.



This map is mostly complete, but I'll probably tweak a few things before it's done!

A closer look at the Cyberpunk Maps and Chase Set!

Hi everyone,

We've just passed the one week mark for the campaign and with over 870 backers on board I'd say we're off to an amazing start!

Thank you all for your support! Please keep sharing this campaign as this really helps us to get the word out!

Right, let's take a look at some maps.

Map Showcase (Waterfront Slums & The Bridge)

We'd like to show one of the maps you get in the Night City Map Box as part of the Fold-Out Map Pack; this is 'Waterfront Slums'.

This 40"x30" map shows a cargo container shanty town section situated on the waterfront that passes underneath an overpass. This will be perfect for running encounters in places like Bridgetown in Night City.



Next up is 'The Bridge' a 33"x12" fold-out map from the Chase Pack that shows a section of road on an overpass bridge. We think this map will work well stand-alone and alongside (or on top) of other maps.



We like to make our content work together whenever possible, for example if you take 'The Bridge' map and lay it on top of the 'Waterfront Slums' map you can set the scene for what's happening on the bridge above the slum.



Both of these maps are 90% or more finished, although I always tend to revisit and refine elements a few times before calling them 100%.

Both of these maps will also be included in the digital rewards.

Thank you all for your amazing support, we are super excited about this mission and we’ll be keeping you all involved as we set about making the Cyberpunk Set!

Now as we have said we have still to finalise some of our map designs, so we’ll be running polls to help us decide what to include!

So we can get an idea of what you all would like there is a comment pinned to the top of the Community discussions board where we’re asking you to comment and tell us what you’d like us to draw for the remaining maps & tokens.

What we’ll do is run polls weekly through this campaign so you can vote to finalise the designs!

Attached to this update there is a poll to decide the next maps we’re drawing – Please vote between the two map options before December 2nd and we will add the winning design to The Cyberpunk Set!
